Terms & Conditions
Just Breast is an art project that sells posters and workshops and is operated by Romina Moradi. The company is based in Stockholm.
The Customer must be minimum 18 years old to order via the website.
Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. At checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment - We offer our customers card payment via Shopify. For orders with delivery address outside Sweden, any customs costs and taxes are paid by you. On order with delivery address outside the EU you are not charged Swedish VAT.
Right of withdrawal does not apply in case
The customer has bought a limited Print which is numbered. If the customer has traded a customized Product or a Product with a significant special adaptation, such as a limited Print, then the Customer is not qualified for the Just Breast withdrawal right. A Product developed according to the Customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contract Act.
Guarantees and service
If there is a visible damage that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product goes to complain. In this case, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be refunded the shipping cost and a new, equal product will be sent where the Just Breast is responsible for the shipping.
On 25 May 2018 a new law came into force, GDPR. It is a common law that will make the same rules apply throughout Europe. GDRP replaces the Personal Data Act. With GDRP, all organizations, traders and companies must have greater responsibility for controlling their clients' tasks.
Just Breast is responsible for processing your personal information that you share with us as a customer and we make sure you feel safe. We need to collect certain personal information from you to complete an agreement with you as a customer. Just Breast does not disclose personal data to third parties other than those mentioned below.
What tasks are saved and for what purpose?
When you shop or request for a workshop at Just Breast, we collect the following personal information: Name, Address, Email, Order History, Phone Number, IP Address, and Payment Information.
When you register for our newsletter, we collect the following personal information: E-mail
When using our consultation service: What you choose to fill in the form. All you need is to fill in your e-mail so we can return to you. We will remove your information as soon as the case is complete.
We do not share these information except for the following:
In order for us to deliver your order and complete our agreement, we need to share certain information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, address, mobile number and e-mail address. This in order for our freight supplier to deliver your order to your address and phone number / e-mail address is used to send you an AVI. Our shipping partners are: DHL via Boxday.se and Postnord.
Payment Provider. When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and phone number. The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties for fraud. Our payers are through Shopify.
Newsletter. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, only the e-mail address will be saved to allow us to send out information, news and promotional campaigns. These data will not be shared to any other party other than our supplier for mailing and will be saved. You can at any time ask us to remove you from our mailing list and delete your information. We use Mailchimp for mailing newsletters.
Our printing company will receive your address information when printing on order and packaging of order.
IT Partner. Web developer, our email client via Gmail (google) and our supplier of digital platform Shopify that also provides our business system. (read more about their policy here)
These data will never be shared to third parties and saved for a maximum of 2 years.
Marketing: In order to make our website as relevant as possible we share your personal information with marketing services. For example, Google and Facebook.
How long do we save your personal information?
We will never save your personal information longer than is necessary for each purpose. In the most common cases, we will remove your personal information after your intended purpose. The only case where we keep the data longer than is necessary is when we are going to comply with legal obligations. (for example, according to the Accounting Act)
You are always entitled to extract any information we have about you and may also ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is inadequate.
You are also entitled to be forgotten. You can at any time request that the information relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to delete, such as, for example, that it should be retained in order for us to fulfill a legal obligation. (for example, according to the Accounting Act)

Our delivery time is 3-12 working days in Sweden and we ship with DHL. Sending to other countries takes between 5-15 business days, depending on the country we send to.
If your package is not picked up at your delivery point before it is returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the costs for returned packages. The cost is different depending on which country you order from.

We will, if you have used your right of withdrawal, pay back what you have paid for the order as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the order return. The consumer is responsible for the return cost when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost for sending back a advertised product.
Cancellations must be made no later than 5 working days before the reserved date for full refund. If cancellation is made later, 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged, if cancellation occurs on the day of the reserved date, 100% of the booking will be charged.
Incidents such as beyond the Just Breast control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure, which means that Just Breast is exempted from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements.
Just Breast reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. If a sale item has expired, Just Breast has the right to cancel the purchase and repay any amount paid in advance. Just Breast reserves the right to print errors in texts on this site. Just Breast also does not guarantee all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. Just Breast reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
